The new Ontario Long-Term Care Homes Inspection Reports website is now live. As part of the Ministry of Long-Term Care’s modernization initiative, the site was designed with improved accessibility, bilingual content, and user experience in mind.
What’s New:
- Bilingual content – available in English and French
- Improved accessibility features – to support accessibility compliance requirements
- Simplified navigation – quickly find the information you need
What You Need to Know:
- The Long-Term Care Homefinder will direct to the new site.
- Historical reports not listed can be requested by email at mltcreportrequest@ontario.ca. Include the name of the long-term care home(s) and date range needed.
- Update your bookmarks to the new site.
- Visit Contact Us if you need help or have feedback.
