Discover ODJJ: Supporting People Living with Dementia and Those Who Care for Them

Family Councils Ontario invites you to a virtual Lunch & Learn on Thursday, December 11, 2025, to learn how Our Dementia Journey Journal (ODJJ) helps families, care providers, and people living with dementia collaborate and personalize care.

ODJJ is a free resource designed to strengthen relationships between family/friend caregivers and healthcare teams. The tool provides a space to reflect, communicate, and share information that enhances understanding and supports the dementia care journey.

This session will introduce participants to the journal, highlight its practical uses in long-term care and community settings, and explore how it helps improve care experiences for residents and caregivers alike.
