Inclusive Communication and Support for Seniors with Hearing Loss - A workshop for everyone, including seniors with disabilities, frontline staff, volunteers, program facilitators, and service providers.

3. Use assistive listening tools confidently
4. Build empathy for challenges older adults face
5. Reduce unintentional exclusion in service delivery
6. Learn about the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association (CHHA)
