This FCO webinar is co-hosted by the Dementia Care Preparedness Initiative at Ontario CLRI at Baycrest and will share information about the DCPI Assessment and Findings conducted with LTC homes in Ontario (January-March 2025).

Presenter Alma Lekic is a Gerontology professional committed to supporting the quality of care for older adults. Alma has worked in various roles and settings, including teaching several Gerontology courses at the local community Colleges. As a Knowledge Broker, Alma worked on the Dementia Care Preparedness Initiative, supporting knowledge exchange and collaboration across care providers and organizations.
